Very quick and easy to use
Practical
Much better since the new app. Before was often struggle.
Already before download it wade clear that this app might not be optimised for my device. The problem is that there is no alternative. KBC knows i travel but i cannot go to the bank in person ... Usual annoying stuff.
Disappointing. Used to be a big fan of KBC Touch... until being forced to use the Brussels version. The video chat could be great but does not work (cuts after a few seconds) despite great Wifi connection. Please revert back to one efficient app for all KBC clients !! Multiplicity of "local" apps makes no sense at all.
